Pork belly bites

A bunch of our family came here for dinner yesterday to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I got lucky and grabbed half a heated booth table overlooking the lagoon. The nice folks already there were happy to share it with us. Soon after managers Kyle and Margo dropped by to say hi as my wife and I have been here a few times before but not our kids. Charlie our designated server got a few beers rolling for us and then Kyle came by and fixed us up with some appetizer treats.

Crispy shrimp

The place was packed and the weather was perfect. What else could you ask for ! Pretty soon we had our IPA beers and a serve of Beer Battered Crispy Shrimp. It wasn’t long before a cheerful server named Nathalie dropped off a tray of Pork Belly Bites & Polenta + some fresh made Seasoned Fries. Our group ordered a variety of entrees such as a Backyard Burger & Fries, Turkey Panini, Smoked Vegetable Gouda Macaroni plus Chicken Nuggets & Fries for our little grand daughter.

Charlie organized a few more great craft beers for us and we were all having a wonderful time. Finally with a couple of bowls of the creamiest Gelato with lit candles in front of us we all sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my wife. The fabulous food, excellent beer, fantastic service and chill vibe here just can’t be faulted. They also have valet parking most days. And don’t forget the beautiful view !
