My wife and I decided to try this Cuban place for lunch on Saturday . . our first time. Before I rave about the food, drinks and vibe I have to give a huge shoutout to all the friendly staff we interacted with from the moment we arrived at the front entrance. Thank you Jessica the hostess with the big welcoming smile, Michele the barista for being so kind, Sydney our amazing fun server, Sandy the server for being Sandy from Grease, Jake the server for being friendly, Markley the barista for being so sweet, Mitch the happy food runner and Alex the helpful management consultant. We were pretty amped up to be here for lunch because we had already checked out their menu online and it fitted our tastebuds like a glove.

Sydney our bubbly server took our lunch order for 1 x Yuca Fries Appetizer ( thick cuts of yuca deep fried until crispy, served with mojo ), 1 x El Cubano Sandwich ( sliced roasted pork, smoked ham, cheese, mustard, pickles, hot pressed ), 2 x Cortados, 1 x Chocolate Torte and 1 x Guava Cheesecake. Our Yuca Fries and dipping sauce arrived quickly courtesy of Sydney. SO DELICIOUS ! I love Yuca fries and they are so hard to find anywhere. We loved these.

Soon after out came our amazing looking El Cubano with a big pile of Plantain Chips. OMG ! One of the best Cubano sandwiches we have ever enjoyed and the crunchy plantain chips were so delicious. DESSERT ! Markley the sweet barista delivered our 2 Cortados and our dessert cakes to our table. YEAH BABY ! My wife loved her Chocolate Torte and I thought my Guava Cheesecake tasted very rich. Our well made cortados tasted very invigorating. THERE’S MORE ! We also bought 2 Empanadas ( Chicken Fricase and Lechon & Yuca ) and a serve of Ham Croquettes ( 3 ) to take home. We totally enjoyed our lunch experience. In fact it exceeded our expectations thanks to the wonderful staff !
