Eataly

PERFECT PASTA !

Tagliatelle Al Ragu.

On Sunday, Oct 1st we decided to walk from our apartment to the downtown restaurant precinct for our last dinner in Bologna. It was after 7pm when we came upon Eataly and with very good memories of Eataly Flatiron in New York in 2021 we went inside. It was a little quiet but after riding up the escalator to the next floor we discovered a small dining area with a kitchen attached. TRUST ME ! This wasn’t crazy busy Union Square in New York City . . this was a very quiet Sunday evening in Bologna, Italy. I got the attention of Luca a chef / server working in the kitchen . . . he gave us menus to check out. We ordered entrees of Spaghetto Eataly Con Burrata and Tagliatelle Al Ragu.

Spaghetto Eataly Con Burrata.

While waiting for our dinner order to come out we checked out some of the frozen items in the refrigerated cabinets. We also watched the guys in the kitchen pump out some incredible food . . check out my pics. Luca brought us a serve of Complimentary Fresh Artisan Bread . . it was very delicious ! Within a few minutes our amazing dinner order was delivered to our table. My wife thought her Tagliatelle Al Ragu tasted perfect and my Spaghetto Eataly Con Burrata couldn’t get any better. I am telling you the last time we enjoyed pasta this good was at Eataly Flatiron in Manhattan, New York. We would have loved to stay for some dessert but had an early flight to catch to Paris !
